I think we have the same hair so I couldn't wait to see everyone's answers!! However, I think I am much more lazy because my hair is mostly air dried and put into a ponytail. I love your hair in #4 and #7. I think I like it best when the natural waves come through. So I would stick to a cut that works when you just comb your fingers through it. If you wanted to do something different, you could do an asymmetrical bob kinda like this...

I love your hair in 1, and in 6 and 7 as I like that length. I hear you on the daily styling, though. I also have that difficult combination of vanity and laziness! How do you feel about the length for summer? Is a shorter style like 4 (which is a great photo) more wash and wear for hotter weather, swimming, etc?
Late to this, Sally, but I love cut 4 on you. Not sure if it's the beach effect, but that short, windblown look is gorgeous on you. I also love 1, but understand the downside if there's too much faffing about with styling and product required to get it that way. I just had mine cut short and it's buzz cut underneath. I'm supposed to be training it to the side so the short underlayer shows, but who has time for that?
I love your hairstyle now - however it is always nice to change things up. I do like Maneera's suggested style which would work with the curl in your hair. Personally I like having enough length in my hair that I can tie or wear it up.
Love Jeanie's suggestion above==would allow for laziness, accept the cowlick, stick with the color you love, and is an update to what you have now. (coming from a curly=headed girl who may just wish I could do that cut, so grain of salt.. but it does seem to fit a lot of your requirements)
