My Green Bag Wardrobe Hole - YouLookFab Forum

Hello.

In today's blog post Identifying Wardrobe Holes I mentioned a current wardrobe hole of mine is a green crossbody bag to pair with the green sneakers I added this season.

This is one of the outfits that inspired me to add a green bag as a wardrobe hole.

I don't think the blue bag is bad with this outfit, there's a blue stripe in the shirt, but I think a green bag would be even nicer here.

Another lovely outfit! I get what you mean about the green bag, it would be a good addition to your wardrobe, given the new sneakers. The blue bag looks nice too, here. An olive or sage bag is normally very versatile, I have a few grey/olive and green/olive bags and use them a lot as they work with many other colors and are a good substitute for black.

Lisa, I have a metallic olive bag (I think I showed it fairly recently). It is so versatile. It acts almost like a neutral in my wardrobe. There is very little I don't want to wear it with.
I was thinking along the same lines as RobinF as well. A pop of bright colour could add a lot of interest. The blue works too, as you rightfully noticed.

Another cute casual outfit. The tone of blue bag does match well with the tone of the olive green jacket, but I can see that the addition of an olive green bag to go with all your olive green compliment would certainly be useful too, the trick might be finding one in a style you like.

Very cool outfit. I agree an olive bag will be very useful, especially if olive is one of your key neutrals. I have a medium-large dark olive bag and a small crossbody in light olive/sage (and three straps that I can use with it). Both bags have seen a lot of use!
