This is sooooo not my style at all and a true WILD CARD. Background: I do not like flannel and it is not a look I would ever wear. I have NEVER owned anything flannel. But.....
Whilest at REI with hubby I happened to be drawn to this flannel top because of the unusual and beautiful colors. I decided to take it home with me as I thought it might work for the weekends when we walk the doggies and get coffee. I have a lot of solid t-shirts I thought I would play with and try the flannel as "outerwear" to keep me warm. So I took it home and immediately paired it with my fav citron-ish colored tee. I also could not believe how much it goes with - navy, white, tan, olive, camel, etc. I am in LOVE with this little flannel top! hahaha. It seems to go with everything! Thanks to Angie and YLF I took a chance and was able to recognize when something "spoke to me" when it was an item I am typically repelled by. This is my favorite ensemble for my new "baby".
