Super job of updating without going overboard. I love your choices. My favorites include the Theory jackets and that oh-so-fun BOOM sweatshirt. And the Zara skirt, and the Fauxkalas, and well, everything!
I'm enjoying your not quite so ALGO style direction.

Great purchases & i hope 2014 is your best year yet.

Nothing to say except positively brilliant choices MaryK!

Mary, I think you've done brilliantly at updating your wardrobe and you got a LOT for your money. My absolute favourites are the Fauxkalas, the white midi, and the olive Theory jacket. To me, those are the game shifters here, injecting new shapes into your fabulous uniform of glorious colour. I also love that sweatshirt, as you know!

I think I've done more damage than you have already and I'm not done yet! <insert embarrassed face> I still have a pile of returns to send back as well. You are inspiring me to make my own list. I'll get cracking on some photo organization tomorrow.

You deserve to switch some things out after what you have been through. I commend you for passing along the things that hold sad or even good but too-present memories. In with the new!

I love all your new stuff. You look so fabulous in every outfit, I can't really pick a favorite piece. But, if I had to, it would be the white midi and the mixed media jacket......

Wow - great job! These all add a lot of punch to your already fabulous wardrobe! I think my favorite purchases are the Boom sweatshirt, the white skirt, and the fauxkalas!

A great set of additions to your wardrobe. It sounds like you did what I did at NAS this year, I started expecting to only purchcase one or two new things, and ended up overhauling my fall/winter wardrobe. And I couldn't be happier about doing so. Sometimes we just need a real infusion of new things!

Wow, this has been such a fun thread for me! Thanks so much for all the great feedback!

And you want to hear something funny? Until I posted the list this morning, I was absolutely convinced that I had done almost no shopping this season! ROFL!!!

Your last comment made me laugh MaryK! I am sure I would pass out if I tallied up what I acquired this year - and I have no way of remembering what I got rid of to pay for it! Anyway, it was great fun flipping through all your pictures, like looking at a real Barbie doll but with a brain.

I was ROTFL at the word "fauxkalas". It took me a minute to sound it out, lol! I assume you found a pair with a heel high enough for your liking.

You look great and refreshed, that's for sure. I especially like the all green outfit that showcases your Theory blazer and new Nanette Lepore bag.

PS Try wearing all of Marley's favorite items together as one outfit. It could be fun!

I think this was a completely necessary step toward the new you this season, and you have chosen so well. You are a master of remixing so I'm certain this will all play well with old favorites!

MaryK, you have made some very smart and lovely additions to your wardrobe this season. And only around the 1k mark? That's impressive considering the two theory jackets! We'll done.

It looks like you're having such fun with all of your new purchases! I love how fearless you are about colour.

Now I'm mentally going through my list of what I bought for this season; I suspect if I write it down it will be more than I had realised! Isn't that always the way?

The white skirt is the winner in my book! I also see a lot of new basics like sweatshirts and the boots in your list. Refreshing basics is just so important to give yourself a style update

Gorgeous additions. I'm loving these posts.

Fabulous!! I agree with @kkards, the pieces are amazingly cohesive! If only I could learn this secret for pattern mixing! You look GREAT!!

What I see is you adding fun and funky (back?) into your wardrobe

New season, new you, and new life journey.

And all of these pieces have integrated so well into both your lifestyle and your existing wardrobe!
