Congratulations on finding some workable items!
I like skirts #1 and 2 for work. Re: sheerness of #1--is it partly lined or wearing a slip--anyway the cut is good if can figure out appropriate lining or slip thing.
Also really like # 2, don't think it's too long.
For pink top, it looks good but not sure of your work persona and also can't give my "neckline evaluation" re: the exposure in front. For me it would be a little too much color + drape for work, but YMMV.
Skirt #3 is quite pretty, versatile colors for different combos. Again, to me it reads a little festive for work but especially with the pink top--as opposed to toning it down with a neutral top, which might work. If your office is more casual or creative then all of that might be fine, or if you are in the market for a skirt to wear for more fun occasions and then try to sober it up for work.
skirt #4 is a great pattern, but I think is too full for your frame, or looks that way in the pic. Skirt #3 is full but drapes more vertically and gives a nice amount of volume, whereas #4 I think is more overwhelming, though the graphic black & white is fab. Not sure if you tried a size down.
Not meaning to have pink-top negativism--I think it can be a keeper as a flattering top (maybe it's yours already!), I'm just dithering on whether it works for work and how, meaning, does it need a topper, does it want less drama in the bottoms.
You look great in most of these shots, so to me it's more about figuring out your work capsules and what gives you the most mileage, where are your wardrobe holes.
