Actually, Rae, this was U.S. delivery and service. Delta. We drove to Syracuse and flew from there. So it is good old American service at its best. And I must say, American service can be second to none.

Sigh of relief. I couldn't even open this thread, I was so stressed. This has happened to me only my bag got run over by the plane and destroyed. I only take carry on now. So happy for you!
