This documentary on YouTube has been out for months, but I only became aware of it recently. It’s by two brothers who decided to do a Big Year, when they weren’t birders at all. If you’re not a birder, and most people aren’t, you’ll probably still enjoy it. The photos and videos of birds are gorgeous, the brothers are hilarious, and it also discusses some controversial issues in birding. At the end of the year, they had become quite good birders. I hope you’ll give it a try, if you haven’t already. We are probably the last people to have heard of it!
