Oh Anchie, this is beautiful! Is it a Leonard scarf? Tell me more about the suit!

Suit is Drykorn - I love their suits and have 3, and I am always looking for more. And yes, scarf is Leonard, only scarf expert like you can probably tell My today's outfit is in finds.

Thanks Anchie! The suit is perfect and the fuchsia - turquoise combination is brilliant. And the scarf - a beauty! Truly gorgeous outfit.

Gorgeous colours, @Anchie - I used to love wearing that sort of combination (before being diagnosed as a Deep Autumn, lol oops). Wear all the hot pinks with blue & mint for me (would look smashing with silver, lilac & white too, I'm sure) so that I may live vicariously through you instead!

Katerina, like you my closet contains more solids than pattern, and a fair mix of colored and neutral items. A good challenge for me will be creating new and interesting outfits from what I already own. I tend to wear the same combinations on repeat, but could easily mix things differently. Time to play!

Staysfit, I am so glad you join. You are so good with colors - I can’t wait to see what you come up with!

I said 5 instead of 4, yes I meant fall earth tones.

Yes Mirjana, and so did I, lol!

Yep, StagiaireFash, this is tonal perfection hi hi hi !

I don’t do a lot of color, at least not head to toe, unless it’s a dress! Probably because nearly all my bottoms tend to be neutral, or if a skirt, they are patterned. So this is definitely out of my wheelhouse, but if I get time and an urge, I may try! Great ideas.

I do what I can Am traveling so sadly unable to join in properly, but I love your inspo photos and am looking forward to what people put together.

CarolS; this is calling your name—what better encouragement is there to try out color schemes?

Stagiaire Fash you are right. (now I just need to get some more colour in my closet!) but I will try with what I have!

Worn a few days ago to go grocery shopping and WFH. You can't see the pattern mix in the pic.

Angie, I LOVE this! Colorful, fun and joyful outfit. You are always such an inspiration! Thank you for sharing it.

Katerina, thank you for your ongoing grace

I love working with colour. My wardrobe is mostly Fall colours. I will try to join in and post an outfit. I do have a tiny bit of black that I pretend is not there. Maybe I need to embrace it.

Yay, Style Fan, that is a great idea! I look so much forward to seeing your partly black outfits!

I'm in! Rocking burgundy today inspired by Friday's blog post, which would work for theme #1. I'll have to get a picture and post. As I said in my recent update post, I've been craving more color, so this will be a good way to find new ways to use my colorful pieces. Thanks for the great ideas!

How fun! All my pants and skirts are black, navy, or patterned, which definitely leaves out non-neutral monotone outfits. My only earth tones are in jewelry/accessories. I love red but I think I only have a v-neck sleeveless top and a v-neck sweater; when I wear the sweater the tank doesn’t show. I’ll see what I can do.

Kaelyn, how fun! Thank you for joining in. I look forward very much to your burgundy outfit and other new to you combinations!

Barbara Diane, thank you for chiming in! Color mixing with patterned pieces is all good, it does not have to be color blocked solids or monochrome. You can identify your own new to you color combinations - including patterned pieces, neutrals or non-neutrals. Whatever is fun for you! I can’t wait to see what you come up with!
