So pleased that there is a consensus that this is a classic that is trending. I really enjoyed Sal's analysis of how some items in leopard are more likely to date. I bought a silk slip dress for summer - and will definitely enjoy wearing it as a trend piece. I do have a nice leopard bag and hope that it will not date at all, because it is a classic shape.

Leopard’s been back for 6 years at least - since I joined ylf. I’ve been kind of suprised at how it just keeps trending. Definitely not fleeting!

I have been interested in fashion for at least 50 years and leopard has always been a part of it. I’d say it is a classic. If it gets too popular and over-done, it may go away for a short time but it will be back.

Fashion is fickle..except when it's not.  Leopard print has, in my opinion, has never gone out of style.  I always loved the interpretation of leopard print by 1950s stars like Lauren Bacall, Marilyn Monroe, and Grace Kelly. They gave leopard print a come hither glamour.  I love seeing a leopard print acccessory with a solid jewel tone outfit.  I have several bold leopard pieces that I wear frequently, but to avoid looking OTT, I will keep the rest of my outfit silhouette simple and streamlined.
