Yikes, I haven't been on here for ages! I got busy getting ready for my conference, for which I am leaving tomorrow. I have a minor footwear dilemma, though.
My clothes are mainly black and white with aqua, red, and yellow. The handbag I settled on in the end is a black and white polka dot bag with red trim.
I want to take a pair of "smart" shoes for the actual presentation day, but I'm not sure which ones. These are the contenders:
1 - black canvas espadrille-like peep toe wedges
2 - red peep toe wedges
3 - beige wedges (not quite nude on me, the color is more yellow than my skin tone)
They are about equal in comfort. My main hesitation with the beige ones is that they won't match anything else I'm taking but I don't know if that matters, given that they are fairly neutral. I am planning to wear either a black and white floral dress with a white linen suit jacket or the jacket with a black and white floral pencil skirt and a top of some sort (probably aqua or grey) for the presentation day.
