After my mini wardrobe overhaul 2 dresses, 4 skirts and 3 sunglasses went to the donation box today. I feel good about it and wondered if even more items should be declared dead for me.

Does this jacket deserve another chance or not? I got it several years ago together with a skirt (#4), but havn't worn it in a couple of years. The skirt was decleared dead today, but does the jacket have a future in my wardrobe?

I like the jacket! It sort of has a riding/hacking jacket feel. It would look great at least with jeans and skinnies and probably midi skirts with boots.

I suppose someone else should comment on arm length. I am not expert, it seems to bag at wrist, can you scrunch?

Thanks for commenting again! It is so helpful and I learn so much for each comment To me the jacket says automn, nut do you think it could work for spring too?

jayne: I've thought about the arm length and think it would be better altering it so that I didnt have to fold it up like this. It doesn't seem right now.

I like the jacket and with the first outfit it's Spring transitional. I prefer it open since it seems a bit much fabric under your armpits closed. The sleeves are rolled here? Very long, but for casual looks it works for me.If it's not too heavy for the temps then you could springify it with white jeans, pick up the orange(?) thread and pair with jeans.

Jacket is great and I would alter the ones so you get more wear out of it. I can this fitting with your look. You can turn a classic like this into something fun and slightly edgy/RATE in no time.

Good job on trimming a few things from the closet

Yes, I think the jacket should stay. I like it for spring, the way you've style it here (great with any florals) and it will be awesome in the fall too. Keep!

So good to hear that this is a keeper after all the "trash" I've thrown upon you in the process of cleaning the closet. I *almost* started being a bit depressed about all the wrong items I've shopped. Cash out the window, is that.

I like the jacket as well! I do agree that the sleeves appear to be too long, but you could roll/scrunch them or get them altered.

Very happy about the positivity towards this jacket. I'll definately get the sleeves shortened and wear it when spring comes back again. The last week or so King winter has returned with full strengt.

I think you should keep it --- flattering (especially the waist) and versatile (I wouldn't even restrict it to any one season, given how very neutral it is).
