Ick, I can't sleep after driving 5-6 hours yesterday. 3am ish? Thought I'd address all the kind people that replied to me:
@dstalksalot - hurray for Cali girls, I am one too. However I feel like so cal is more dressed up because I used to live down here and people seem to care more, must be the year round sun and ability to workout meaning seeing more skin. I must have a higher tolerance for cold now, it's HOT at universal studios! Thanks for the tip for SD, I used to take people there when I lived in SD but around 5 years ago the ownership changed and casa de pico wasn't the same anymore. I love Las Cuatros Milpas, the tortillas are out of this world, but the ambiance is really non existent. New Pandas, must see, so cute and they wear my favorite colors (black and white!)
@thistle - my brother is currently living there and um, plane tickets from the west coast were $250 RT at one point and I sort of raided my clothing budget.... You'll make it to Hawaii someday too!

@LBD - sorry it's early and I shorted your screen name. Forgive me. Thanks I try to work hard like raisin with my legs (copious amounts of running - except I'm sure she's less lazy than me), when I get tired I walk
@mo - definitely Anna is more off the hook in style acceptance (love her stylings) but you are right, we are finding ourselves and I may *know* when it's time... At least for me thankfully good genetics has made my legs part of my body that I may always love even as I might not love the rest
@irene - yay thanks, lots of exercise helps too!
@harmonica - in LA the dress wasn't too short with a leather jacket and it comes to 1" above the knee (in the photo it seems shorter?)
@cocolion - wise woman, you are right! I only have my super casual theme park clothing as a placeholder for now. Definitely not a high priority on my lists but I should get around to it at some point but maybe not now.
@siniestra - love your sn btw, it feels like such a sensual word, if it's your actual name super fitting! I'm seeing capris in my future as I like them but fitted white ones
@unfrumped - Definitely noted. My mom even approved my dress, she told me it's in style and really not short at all since it actually does end an inch above the knee, must be my stance in the photo and my own concerned voice when I typed out the post, I did mention it is 5" longer than the shorts. So I may have convinced myself it's okay to wear as long as the situation is appropriate. I appreciate the feedback though :).
