OMG what a stunning jacket on you!! Thanks for the link to All Saints because I could not appreciate the detail in your photos. I think the charcoal will add a complexity and counterpoint to your black and bright clothing. I think there is a lushness and depth to it that will add a lot of drama to your wardrobe. It's prefect for your UWP style but because the jacket is polished rate (if that makes sense) I think it will be stylish and useful in perpetuity. Great score and congrats on the collections - that is quite a coup!! I definitely vote keep!!
On my monitor the website colour is charcoal grey. In your photo it is showing a lot of green undertone, which may be what is putting people off. I love it on you. So a yes from me
Una the grey jacket is amazing on you. I think you must know that! And Grey looks super over the colorful dress. Black would be so predictable. This is way better.

I definitely think the charcoal color looks great, and if you've been thinking about it that long, you should keep it! I wouldn't worry about having the One Leather Jacket be black - I recently dithered a lot over an olive leather jacket basically thinking that I wouldn't wear it enough because it's not black, but having bought it, I wear it _all the time_. Charcoal is a great neutral, and I think it matches more things than black does because it's softer.
Love the jacket! I would never be able to fore go variety for "the one," well, except maybe with marriage. hee. Still, this jacket could easily be a "best," which is good to!
