It's the kind of coat that won't date easily and a colour that is seasonally cheery and yet will stand up to the test of trends and time. Beautiful fit. Flawless in fact. The low stance looks dressier than the average coat, like it would squire eveningwear very gracefully. And versatile precisely because it allows you to play with more layers up top --- assuming the sleeves and shoulders will take them.

But it really *is* calling out for a big chunky infinity knit or silk-cashmere pashmina to partner it...
