I lean towards keep because they’re cool and sound like they’re comfortable. I do think tho that they’re more RATE than sharp, and I tend to think of you as a sharp dresser…

These boots are trendy with a capital T. You’ve shown they can be worked into outfits without working too hard or buying new stuff. You’ve answered my questions about comfort and lightness (I was worried they might be heavy, or too high for safety, LOL!) Keep, and have fun with them for a year or two, or for as long as chunky soles appeal.

The shoes look great in all the outfits photos you've shown so far - with the coat & the jumper-skirt set - but it sounds like you're still trying to convince yourself just because they're a HEWI?

Think of it this way - if you kept them then felt that they were too chunky for officewear, would you still get enough wear out of them for weekend casualwear to make the price still worth your while? Would you feel justified in using these to keep a wardrobe hole plugged until a 'better' pair came along? If so, I'd lean towards keep. If not, I'd save the €100 towards a more refined pair
