I'm another one who would never have guessed you to be turning 60! You are beautiful like a movie star.
I personally would feel more comfortable with hose on in a dress like this, due to the length, although I think that's entirely psychological. Somehow the stockings just make me feel more covered especially when sitting down.
But I know that hose aren't particularly chic so you can take or leave that bit of advice.
