I really like this trench. Colour and all. but I have a question too. What do you mean by "if it too sweet?" and how do you combat sweetness of coat with edgy boots? What are edgy boots? I think I need a 101 in style language.
I really like the fit especially when buttoned and tied! Can't comment as to the versatility and indoor wear... I think the color work nicely with your complexion, branching out a bit for $30, sure!
Just joining the 'keep it!' chorus. Looks great on you and mixes so well with the other pieces in your pics. Seems to me that you have found an affordable, easy way to buy a style you love and do a teensy bit of experimenting too.
Rae, I think this color is spectacular on you and it doesn't read as "sweet" to me. Especially as you'll style it. I agree that it doesn't work as an "indoor" coat; definitely an outer layer that comes off once you're indoors. Keep!
