I love them too! I understand them being out of your comfort zone now, but I think they will become workhorses after a few wearings. They look perfect with your hair and seem to go with a variety of outfits. Great purchase.

before we get to the shoes, can i just say that i love your closet!
ok, now the shoes, i agree with everyone else, just FAB…and i know they would be prefect for my business casual office.

A big YES from me as well!! Beautiful shoes, Anchie, and they look stunning with every single outfit you have shown us here. I have a feeling these are going to be very versatile players in your wardrobe!

Stunning shoes! Stunning you too!

I think they look great, especially with pants.

i am so happy ( and surprised) with all the positive feedback. i don't have any more doubts about the shoes and can't wait to wear them to office tommorow. already planning some outfits, it looks like that they will go with a lot of things from my closet.

Sorry, but I didn't even look at your picties only hurried to comment here KEEP (just after reading they are silver-wow)!:-) Now, off to see actual stylings and bet my mind won't change at all!

Came back later to say: Y(&silver shoes)LF in all of these!!!!!! Now shouting again: KEEeeeeeP!

You look so fabulous in all your outfits.
The shoes are gorgeous. The perfect pointy toe.
You know, if they were a bright silver, they veer towards party shoes, but I think because these are fairly dark, they'll look great at the office.

KEEPERS! They're almost a more pewter look, to me. And that's good. They go with everything, and have just enough bling..but not too much.

Just adding my voice to the mix to keep!

Keep them! I wear a lot of metallic flats - they go with everything and don't seem 'disco' at all once you're used to them - just a bit of visual interest. As soon as mine wear out I replace them - and I wear them a lot so I'm now on my 4th pair.

Those outfits look so good. I wouldn't wear shiny metallic pumps in my office (though I do wear shiny metallic sandals, so I may be being inconsistent here) but I'm sure they'd be fine in most workplaces. Love your hair too.

Hate them....return....look terrible with your hair......

Give them to me.

I'm glad you decided to keep them, you have styled them perfectly here.

As another person new to silver "bookending" shoes, I understand how they are hard to wear at first, but I'm sure you will come to love them and feel comfortable in them. I don't have silver pumps, but do have silver sandals, oxfords (grey patent actually, they were easier on the head for a large amount of shoe ), booties, sneakers and Birks! Hey, maybe I have them in my finds... yup!

These really work for you! The fact that they are comfortable matters and a versatile pair of comfortable pumps seems like a great addition to a wardrobe. Hard to tell in photos, but these read a little bit like pewter, as opposed to bright, "chrome-like" silver on my screen. I find my bright, reflective metallics are a bigger style decision and commitment to wear, while my darker pewter oxfords feel less "blingy" and yet add to the outfits.

Elisabeth, this is really nice collection of silver shoes. I will probably also add at lest one more pair, probably flats for the summer. I already have this find one on my amazon wishlist.

Eliza, they are really dark silver maybe even pewter, but they are reflective metallic, that was my main concern because they are "blingy".

I am wearing them today at work, and couple of people commented on them, even some strangers in passing. All positive

Gorgeous on you ! Angie is right... a perfect bookend to your glorious hair.

Perfect for work as well- the workwear on top makes them work appropriate. A sparkling bookend !

Unless they hurt your feet, keep them. They're gorgeous!

I am very disappointed but after wearing them in the office for 8 hours, mostly just sitting at my desk, they started to became increasingly uncomfortable. Sorry ladies that I wasted your time with keep or return. They really felt comfortable at the beginning. And i like them, and they go with so much. But life is too short to wear uncomfortable shoes. I am not giving up on silver shoes, so my search continues. If you see something interesting, please do let me know. I can always buy another pair of shoes but not another pair of feet

Too bad, but of course uncomfortable shoes aren't worth keeping. I hope you find a better pair soon!

I am glad you figured it out quickly. I wonder if you could stretch them out. I often try that with shoes that I like but are slightly tight. There are instructions on how to do that here on the forum. I like this ice method best.

Keep your eyes open and let us know what you find. I would pick up silver pumps in a flash as well.

You are beautiful AND smart enough to know life is too short for painful shoes. Good for you. I'm excited to see what replacement you find; silver footwear looks amazing on you!

I agree with you. Uncomfortable shoes are the worst!! If my feet hurt, my entire body hurts. I rarely get as much done as I planned.

So frustrating! This is what I dislike the most about buying shoes. Unless you are duplicating or buying within a brand you have, you really can't decide if the shoe will be comfortable until you've put it through its paces for a day.

Aren't heels always a little uncomfortable the first wearing or two? I mean, not agonizingly horrible, obviously, but a little discomfort after wearing them eight hours the first day seems totally normal and expected to me. I usually try to wear my new shoes only a couple hours the first time, and then ratchet that time up as the shoes break in.
