Keep or return - another round ETA: photo added

Tell me like it is, ladies, I only have room in my wardrobe for fabulosity.

Exhibit 1. Dress (shown with heels and flats). I so wanted this dress, but only a tiny size that I had never even heard of was available, but it sort of fits (a size larger is now re-available). The waist is higher than any dress I ever wear. It is a little bootylicious. What do you think? It is oh-so similar to another dress (NOT ironed) I recently bought but with a much more relaxed fit. (I am keeping dress 2 as I already washed and worn it.) They are both similar to another dress I have in navy, but never mind about that...

Exhibit 2. Cotton cardigan. I liked the color and the pseudo animal/camouflage design.

Exhibit 3. Crochet tank top. Liked the color and thought the neckline would be cute for layering.

side note 1. Are these jeans too tight?

side note 2. I just realized recently I might have slight IT tendencies, but I actually like a strong shoulder line. (Although in the back view of dress one, it is overlap with the door knob making one shoulder look a little funky.)

I clicked on the photos before I read the text, and if anything, I wonder if dress #1 is too big in certain parts - it looks like it fits you very well through the body, but it looks like there is a fair bit of extra fabric in the neckline. (It looks like the dress has a somewhat stiff fabric, so I don't think that is supposed to be a drapey/cowl neckline, right?)

I LOVE the shirtdress and am glad that you are set on keeping it! The dress looks so fantastic on you and seems like it would be a very versatile piece that you could dress down if needed.

I also really like the colors in the cardigan on you, and vote to keep that piece.

I vote keep it all- and I love that dress. How gorgeous on you! It's not as casual as the one in #4, but you'll get plenty of wear out of it. Size-wise the pictures look fine- does it feel okay? A very flattering dress on you. I think the cardi is cute and the tank looks perfect for a hot summer day.

Kari - interesting point about dress 1. I didn't feel that way trying on the dress, but looking at the photos I can see your pointt. I think it may just be the nature of the fabric. Here is the dress on a model:

The shirt-dress in pictures 5 and 6 is fantastic! I love it miles more than the dress in pics 1-4; I don't know why, but I'm just not feeling the vibe of Dress 1. I love the way Dress 2 hugs your hips very flatteringly

I like the tank top more than the cardigan, but both pieces look versatile and would be fun to work with

Side note 1: I love your lipstick!

Scarlet - you know, it could also just be an effect from the way you are holding up your arm to take the picture. Maybe the fabric doesn't do this when you are standing normally!

I think both dresses look fantastic on tiny, little you. I could go either way on the cardi, and the tank looks like a great summer top.

I'm another vote for "it's all good". I actually clicked on this thread from the home page because the dress looked so terrific. I think the gaping at the neckline in dress #1 is from the way you're holding the camera.

Oh thank you so much, for your help. I haven't been shopping in awhile and I can't tell if I just want everything because it is new

BUT I FORGOT THE MOST IMPORTANT PICTURE! The biggest thing I was concerned about with dress 1 is if it too rumpifying. I hope some folks will take a second or first look and let me know. I would be loathe to return a Killer item, but I didn't provide all the information.

I'm not sure about the dress as it seems really similar to the one you're holding up. But I understand, as sometimes we need to keep re-committing to a look before we can get it out of our systems.

I like the tank top a lot.

The sweater is cute, it would look great with a shirt layered underneath.

Jeans don't look tight.

Dress 1 is very flattering. Totally NOT rumpifying!!

I had to look up what rumpifying means! If this dress is rumpifying on you I should be banned from sheath dresses forever! Go ahead and enjoy this dress, Scarlet - it looks wonderful on you.

This is a great set of finds, I vote keep to them all. And I don't see any booty issues, in the dresses or the jeans. And as a pear, that's the first place I look when I fit clothes. There's no pulling around the thighs or curving around the bottom of the bum in the dresses and the jeans show the bum but not in a super tight, trashy way. You are looking fab!

Okay you wonderful people, thanks for humoring me. I think I hit puberty around the time Kate Moss was modeling Calvin Kleins and all the girls were wearing men's jeans. I think I developed a complex about actually having a butt and hips, although I am getting over it now...mostly.

Late to the party but this is a sweet haul. And good lord, if that dress and jeans are "rumpifiying" I probably shouldn't wear anything but giant baggy pants ever! (Meaning they both look great and I'm glad you're keeping the lot!)
