Gorgeous works of "walkable art," Janet.
so beautiful!! I love these on you. Your DH is right, HOT, HOT, HOT!

Now, to echo so many others, can we please have these in a 1.5 inch heel? Pretty, pretty please?
Nicole, I meant to respond to your question about the ankles. I have not worn them around the house yet to test them out, but I think I see what you're talking about -- I am pretty sure it's just a result of the way my foot slides forward just a bit, the way any foot does in a heeled shoe. As you can see, there's extra room in the back.

I think it will be OK, because I didn't feel any rubbing or pressure in these, the way I felt at the toe opening in the size 8 (these are an 8.5). In fact, these have a bit of extra room all around. The spot where the top of the bootie hits my leg, however, is something to pay attention to as I test these out, so thanks for pointing it out.
Wow, these are awesome!
They look fab on you! I really like your "tired, rumpled" look; the new shoes are great with that outfit.
I agree with your husband. So sexy!
So amazing! I love them. You must keep them!
So hot. Showed the picture to my honey and now he is on his phone trying to order them for me.

So happy you got these! I tried them in black but they don't suit my feet. I shall enjoy immensely seeing your outfits with these!

How did I miss this until now? It must have been because of all the smoke from these smokin' hot shoes! I LOVE them. To me, it looks like your foot is sliding forward in the heel too much. You need the room of the size, but it gives you enough room that you don't get a good anchor with the ball of your foot. I've had that happen and I used Pedag inserts.

They work great for that and are super comfortable. And you are going to need super comfortable because those are so freakin' awesome that you are going to be wearing them non-stop!
