Zara sandals are gorgeous! Thanks for sharing all of the pictures.
It is hard to shop in Europe considering the Euro to Dollar is 1.31. Which makes everything 31% more expensive for us. When the Euro first launched, it was 1 for 1. Then the dollar was stronger, making Europe a great value. The last time I was in Europe was 2008 and I think the rate was $1.25 US = 1 Euro, and it also constrained my shopping! The Euro has been significantly stronger than the dollar for a while. In spite of Greece and Spain. So whenever politicians cry that "we might just turn into Socialist Europe" I just laugh. Capitalism is alive and well in Europe, and the 1.31 to 1 rate is not government mandated like the Socialists states of yore.
PS/ETA: and thanks for all of the shop window pictures! I love the skinny jeans with sandals and neck scarf, so Euro-chic. The bags are super-refined and I love the silver pointy toe flats. I think I have reached my fashion sneaker saturation point though. When Rae went to Italy last (?) year she said everyone was wearing these and it looks like this trend has not died.
