I posted an off topic a few months ago about starting weight training and not liking it. I'm getting better in that regard. But, I'd like to feel better about the exercises done facing a mirror. Shallow, yep, but I think it would help me. I have pants covered okay but tops are proving difficult. I bought some long sleeved T shirts that are okay but they bunch up when I raise my arms and in that regard are kind of annoying.

I'm looking for:

  • Long sleeved (to keep my skin from touching whatever they clean mats and machines with because of ACD.)
  • But by whatever magic, the body of the top stays in place when you raise your arms and yet is not super snug fitting. I don't know what that magic is, but I know it is possible.
  • Low hip length
  • Lightweight or breathable fabric
Those are the must haves. Great would be some kind of ruching along the sides or something so it can be more flattering even if it is form fitting.

I know I've seen something like this but I can't remember where! The younger, fitter women at the gym wear little racer back tank tops and leggings. None of us older, less fit women do! But I'd still like a step up from a baggy T that rides up. Any suggestions?
