Those are all great outfits, Deborah.
Good luck with your interview!

Hi Deb... Good luck for the interview! I'm really partial to the 1st pic. Let us know what you choose!

My vote is for 1! Good luck:)

#2 followed by #1!

I like #1 and #2 for a job interview. You always look awesome. Good luck.

I like #1 best for your purpose.

I vote for #2 followed by #1. You look great in both of them. I think the sandals in #4 and the top in #3 are a bit too informal for an interview.

Good luck with the interview!

2 is my favorite, it does everything you described very well. 1 is also good, but because it's a dress reads a little more dressed up/fussed over.
Even though I realize it is not, at first glance 3 looks a little too plunging neckline for an interview, and 4 while still a very good outfit just looks a little too pushing the envelope for an first meeting.
I really like everything about 2 for this purpose.
Very exciting, should be very interesting no matter what!

My choices are 2 then 1. All are beautiful on you and fantastic work outfits! I do love the blue sandals and I find them dressy enough for a work look, but I prefer the more closed look of the black ones for the interview. Also I like the pants left down for a more dressy look, and I don't think that would work as well with the blue sandals (hiding the ankle strap). Good luck, Deborah!

Deborah - best of luck!! Hope you get the position. I adore that white jacket on you. Elegant, flattering and versatile. I think outfit #1 is the most polished and dressiest. Very professional but still very you. If you feel you need to be more casual than outfit #2 is lovely just not as formal. Forgive me but I am not as fond of the draped tops with this jacket. Although this fab jacket has drape, it's has really clean refined lines. I feel the draped tops compete for attention and fight with the jacket, which detracts. If you had a white top layer that was a simple shell, I think that would play more nicely with it. This is for the interview alone. I think you can juxtapose the styles, which you do so well, but it's edgy and eye catching and I would think right now you want an elegant polished backdrop but without taking center stage. Whatever you choose they are all fab!! Fingers crossed!!

Good luck today. Like everyone else, I would say 1 or 2.

I think they all vote but my favorite is #1. Good luck!!

You look wonderful in all of them! I vote for #1 or #2 as the most professional looking yet still "you." Good luck!!

Late to the thread, but better late than never! All look great for day to day, but I'm liking the structured column of #1 and #2, with a slight lean to #2 because it's a longer line and more covered, it being an interview and all, seems like a safer bet. Best of luck to you Deborah!

I really like #1 for you Deborah!
I'll be thinking of you this afternoon x

Another vote for #1or #2 - I think the column of black is really elegant and professional for a job interview. Good luck. I'm sure it will go really well.

Lovely. Broken record here but # 2 then #1. White jacket with column of black. Very polished.

You'd be dressed and ready for the day by now, but you look great in all of these. Best wishes!

Wow thanks for your feedback ladies! I am wearing #2:) The black top in #2 is the same as the white top in #3 but I always wear a plain black cami underneath so no chance of a wardrobe malfunction. Everything is pressed and I have tucked much more neatly:) I am wearing silver dropped ball earrings, my wedding rings and a very plain modern silver ring on my other hand (that I wear most of the time) but no other adornment:) Finger nails are my usual red and toe nails are black! My white jacket is hanging in the car ready for my appointment in 3.5 hours (not that I am counting).

Thank you all so much for your feedback and your encouragement. I will certainly be back later to let you know how it went. xxx

Very late to this, just wanted to say I'm thinking of you & hope everything goes well

I'm so happy that you chose #2. That would have been my vote, had I seen it in time. Praying for calmness and peace, and confidence... I know you will do great! <3

I hope that the interview went well! I am late to the thread, but was going to comment that #2 was my favorite pick. It's very polished but still with the modern touch from the slightly slouchy trousers that I associate with your outfits, and I love that white jacket.

Looking forward to hearing how it went. I am sure you were super polished.

All the best

You will do great Deborah! Glad that you're sorted, and best wishes for the interview!

Interview done! My outfit looked great. I have updated re interview over on the OT section.

And I had to let you know that I showed Master 12 my outfit pics like the majority of you, he chose #2. He said I looked like I was ready for business. lol

Three cheers that it's done. I'll go and read the other post.
