Hello again. Been doing some computer work creating a style inspiration board at Pintrest and loading my closet contents onto "Go Chic or Go Home." Both helpful as I continue to get a grip on what I have, what style I want to develop and what I need as a result. This was an attempt at copying one of my Pintrest Style inspiration photos with what I already own. Skinny jeans are tricky for me...I'm tall, broad shoulder and carry excess weight in my thighs/rear....I'm always at risk of looking like an ice cream cone or stuffed sausage. Over the past year I found two brands of skinnies that I've actually come to enjoy and feel reasonably confident wearing...but with riding boots in a fall/winter ensemble. Transitioning skinnies to warmer seasons was something I've always put off limits because of my "trunk/thigh junk." I tried this out with the mindset "just do it and see what happens," The hubby said he thought I could pull it off and wouldn't be mortified to see me outside the house in something like this. So, question to you, with hopes of getting very objective and honest womanly feedback...can I pull this look off or should I reserve my skinnies for colder weather looks (like pic 2)? Thanks in advance for your advice. (Sorry, hair and makeup not done :-))
