Undies. In this hot, steamy weather, I've been tempted to go without! ; )

Concealer
Mascara
Sunscreen on my face
At least one form of jewelry
Nail clippers in my purse (I get hangnails ALL the time.)
I guess this is a little obvious, but either contacts or eyeglasses are essential - not that I could easily forget to have one or the other on.

Applying deodorant/antiperspirant.I don't want to be that offensive person on the bus who has forgotten it on a hot day.

Is the iron off? Is there plenty of water out for my cat? (Her kidneys are going bad...)

Then check my teeth, make sure nothing in the corners of the eyes, check the backside of my clothing in a mirror to make sure there are no surprises.

Keys (yes, I too have locked myself out recently at night in the cold and spent 3 hours running around town, trying to track down spare key sets from friends)

Blackberry, wallet, hand cream, Aquaphor.

.. sunglasses. I have migrens. They even come along to my morning run around dawn.

Frances- re the cat with kidney problems we bought a water fountain and the cats drink more that I have ever seen cats drink before. Touch wood we have staved of episodes of feline cystitis ( can be deadly in males) x sorry for hijacking the thread

underwear and clothes on top
my watch and keys
most days eye liner

my husband would like for me to be better about making sure I have my wedding ring on when I leave the house. I don't like to sleep in rings nor do I wear them to the gym... then one never knows where I might have taken them off and left them in the evening. So I often get out of the house without them.
Don't worry dear, nobody tries to hit on me. It would take more than a ringless finger for that to happen.

Queenine I do that too with my engagement ring so glad to find someone else who does it I was beginning to feel abnormal! x

Shoes for the baby! I can't tell you how many times I carry her into the car and then forget to chuck in a pair of shoes for the poor kid!

70 SPF sunblock and my RayBan aviators. Both are a necessity in the sunny south. And, besides, squinting isn't pretty.

oh, mac...

i can sooo relate. i hate bras in the summer. but the girls need more support that they used to.
