Betty, I'm sorry you had a bad experience with AT&T. They probably figure they're so big that you'll have to work with them no matter how awful they are.
I went to Best Buy and held the two phones. The big one didn't seem too big.
I took this picture while I was there: two ipads, 6 Plus, 6S.
BTW: Best Buy wasn't very busy, yet no one came up to me to help me. Interesting.
