Wow, like Lisap I didn't know where to put this styled with the tights (otherwise great fit for summer and casual bare legs indeed) but look at you in the pictie for the DH's birthday breaksfast-fierce and fun-you still have the legs so why not go for it! And, the longer topper helps, too.
I now wouldn't dare to (with my own thighs) but I remember myself wearing wide & long to the knee tweed shorts with opaques, oxfords and a turtleneck in college-and perhaps could adopt the look again-as the look was almost the same like an A line knee length skirt.

Love it, such a fun outfit for the weekend. I really like having some items that are my fun weekend clothing to wear after being dressed up during the week. I may have to get myself some denim shorts now.

That is a fun outfit with white boots. I see lots of shorts with thick tights and docs around here. It must be a thing.
