it seems that you need to restring the whole necklace. is the clasp all right? check it and when it is ok, just seperated all pearls one by one, and have it restrung; but the problem is, the thread for the necklace is hard to find and you need special methods to knotted between each pearls(thanks to the knots between pearls and there's only one pearl falling off), so take pearls to local jewelry store and pay some costs
Yay, so glad you found a bead shop that will fix your necklace. Maybe they can use a different clasp and stronger string since they are rebeading anyway?
