For day wear I do sometimes wear a 3 inch boot or heel, always either a sturdy heel or wedge. I alternate with lower heels depending on activities and weather.

Heels can make proportions work but I also think flat or near flat shoes are very stylish.

I am intrigued as to your aspirations though!

Almost every day to work. They're usually in the 3-inch range. But I also switch to flats during the work day if I'm heading out at lunch for a walk somewhere. On the weekends I never wear heels unless we're going out to dinner.

A few times a month. I wear low wedges several times a month and when I wear "heels" they are high wedges. It's been a while since I've worn a traditional high heeled pump or sandal.
