How about wearing (large or medium) earrings instead of a necklace?
Are you sure you need a jacket? If so, how about a burgunder velvet blazer (for winter) or a white linen blazer (for summer)? I guess there are many more possibilities, depending on your age, personality, preferences, body shape, life style and the actual occasions where you want to wear the jumpsuit.
