p.s. the spell checker is still not working, apologies for the gazillion mistakes in my post.

make sure you eat enough protein, get enough sleep, and continue to pay attention to you.

it's all well and good to focus on the children's wellbeing, but you need to take care of you as well. this goes beyond clothes.

Thanks for the wise words bj, working part time with two toddler and a husband who works shifts I should make your post my new moto.

Hehe, looks like you don't need any meatfree Mondays tips from me, you're ahead of the game

At my clothes swap party we did shoes and accessories as well, and as you say it's a bit easier among various-sized friends. But don't rule out the clothes altogether, we found that a lot of the stuff people brought along was perfectly lovely stuff that just didn't fit right. People often have things they meant to get taken up, or bought when they were young enough to not mind it being tight/short.

Or you can ask your friends to bring a friend, so you get more variety and also see some things that are new to you. It's a bit like thrifting only you can do it in the comfort of your own home.
