A comfy heel with a bright pedicure, if you can pull it off. If not, perhaps some metallic strappy flats. Either of these would be for evening wear. I feel like even in the beachy parts of Europe, it's good to dress up a little for dinner.
On the same subject, a smaller purse for dinner. It can be made of anything--beachy, even, like the one in your capsule. You just don't want to take too large of a purse to dinner. I also would avoid crossbody for evening, and would do a small shoulder bag, or something with handles you can hold.
Finally, I never really understand how people wear sun hats. I adore them, but they always blow off my head, and I have to hold them all the time. A great canvas bucket hat, however, in a versatile color, covers it all.
