I think it's a very rare thing to grow significantly once you are in your late teens. Most fashion models are already at least 5'7" by the time they are 14.
Have you ever met with a modeling agency? It can be very, very eye-opening. I did when I was about your age and was flirting with the idea of some kind of modeling. It's not nearly as glamorous as many people think it is. I recommend doing some research and some soul-searching on what it is about the idea of modeling that makes it so appealing to you, and whether your ideas match the reality of the modeling world.
I'm not saying this to discourage you but to encourage you to focus on things you can actually control. By and large, height is not a trait we have much control over.
