*raises hand* Surprisingly, I thought it worked pretty well on me.
It might require a little adjusting as one wears it and moves around, but I see it as a piece that I probably wouldn't wear all day anyway. The dangly part falls down between the breasts, at least on me. And I do not have particularly wide-spaced boobs, in fact, I'm fairly narrow across that part of me at least.
I'm not sure about turning it backwards. There is a clasp in the middle of the back, which might look weird if you wore it backwards.
