What a wonderful surprise to log onto YLF last night and read all of the sweet B-Day wishes! (I think I know who the "little birdie" was who told Angie - her initials are MK and she just ordered me some pink Kate Moss shoes for my B-Day gift!) Yeah!
Actually, my B-Day was kind of a downer. My DH was out of town and I ended up taking in (to my home) a critically ill 3 1/2 week old kitten who had major surgery on Friday and who was/is HIGH maintenance. I was absolutely exhausted all day yesterday and didn't ever change out of my sweats.
However, tomorrow night one of my girlfriends is throwing me a B-Day party at her home! There will be cake, champagne, live music and dancing. AND my DH will be home at the end of the week and he has promised me a dinner out to my favorite restaurant and some moolah for shopping. SQUEE! So excited about the shopping since I've been very faithful to SYC for almost 3 months now!
Again, thank you all. I'm so happy that I discovered the YLF community - I feel like I have a whole bunch of girlfriends from all over the world!
