Maya, thank you for thoughtfully posting my birthday thread. Tanya, I’m honoured that you chimed in today. What a treat! And speaking of treats, my very good friend Laurel ( you “met” her on the YLF Swap post), is taking me out to high tea in 10 minutes. I can assure you I’ll eat enough cake for the entire forum. I LOVE sweet stuff.
LE, because we have family and friends all over the world, I spend a greater part of the morning on the phone on my birthday – that’s been tradition for years. I love it!
As for my birthday outfit – stirrup leggings and a sack dress. My favourite look of the moment! I’m getting into another vintage frock (tomato red) with turquoise accessories tonight. Greg, Rosie and Jasmine and me leave for a weekend in Vancouver tomorrow afternoon (a two and half hour drive over the border). We usually stay in a lovely hotel and our girls are treated like princesses. We are all looking forward to a nice break :0)
