My goodness ladies thank you all so much for the birthday wishes, I am very touched!! To Angie and everyone who's met me in person, I must extend a special you're-making-me-grin-and-blush (you know the one!) for all of your extra sweet comments <3 It both humbles and tickles me to know that so many of you find my comments and outfits helpful and inspiring. And of course I do get to reap the benefits because I enjoy seeing all of you lovlies in your pretty outfits as well

Today I took the day off work and enjoyed relaxing and doing nothing which was wonderful after a very hectic and stressful several weeks, and even got to cuddle a bit with my very not into cuddling kitty. In a couple hours my husband is taking me out to the baseball game and I'm excited to go since I haven't had a chance to go since the opening game (but I do listen or watch every day!). Yesterday I had cake and ice cream with my parents and my mom gave me a beautiful crystal swan she bought in Turkey before I was born.
Hubby surprised me with my gifts, two gorgeous purses that I love and wouldn't have bought for myself! He'd told me yesterday that he hadn't gotten anything, so I showed him the Kate Spade Angie just recommended (which I had been previously swooning over in the striped print) and he said buy it, it's a gift! Which was awesome just on its own, but THEN this morning he messaged me from work and told me there was a gift at the door. So I went downstairs and lo there's a Nordie's box, and inside I find the beautiful Steve Madden tote Una had posted about a while back in the emerald color! I am feeling quite spoiled ^^
