I vote definitely colored, and short but a little longer than 1 and 2, but not as long as 3 and 4. Short and tousled. My hair is short and layered and I can go a long time between cuts with it still looking good.

I second the recommendations to keep it short...but maybe a little longer version of short with a little fringe.
