I blew my entire fall shoe budget yesterday. My biggest splurge was on a pair of Stuart Weitzman Quilted Boots that look almost identical to the ones below, the only difference is that mine are knee high, not over the knee. I did not purchase from Nordstrom as there is not one locally, and I find it easiest to try on shoes in person. These are so comfortable, and the quilting will add great classic Chanel like, but still up to date style to my fall wardrobe. I love them for their sleek and slender look as well. It's so hard to find boots if you have slender calves.
One way I plan to wear these boots is with leggings, an over-sized/long sleeveless top and a scarf. I have posted an example of one new outfit that I purchased as part of my fall shopping that will work with the boots. I am looking forward to putting these all together! The picture shows a burgundy top, so use your imagination because I purchased the warm ivory version.
The coral scarf has white in it, I was surprised that it looked good with the ivory but it did. By the way, I did not double up the scarf as it is pictured, I let it hang in one big loop around my neck. It added additional drape to the look and was truly elegant.
No buyers remorse here!
