I appeciate the clarification from Imogen. I really respect her thoughts and ideas. It was from her website that I figured out I'm short waisted. That information did impact how I dress, and I think I look better now that I'm following her guidelines. I guess my neck is average, not short. Good to know, but again, not life shattering if it were indeed short. I am bothered by turtlenecks and such, though! Maybe that's just a comfort issue. Then again, I'm petite and feel that lower necklines help elongate my torso somewhat. No, I'm not going to be any taller, but "illusion dressing" seems to flatter my silouette.
