Glasses Frames Shopping - YouLookFab Forum

It is time for me to refresh my glasses frames collections. I currently have 6 pairs of glasses 3 of which are in constant rotation, and one pair for pool wear. I found this new frame at Lenscrafters and loved them after a try on. My plan it to take them to Costco for lens tomorrow but thought I would get your input. As you can see, my fall back is a cateye shape but honestly, I am getting tired of this shape. To me, this is the perfect time to make a change as my wardrobe can change with new additions.

ETA - The See's and the Warby Parker's I already own. My question is do you think the Armani's are worthy of owning a spot in my spec collection.

i think the warby parkers then the sees. love the cats eye.

the armani's are also great. the others look better with your hair up.

I’m the spanner- I much prefer the pairs you already own. The Armani’s look just slightly off to me. But, I’m far from an expert. I’ll be curious what Angie thinks.

Well, I'm not good with glasses tbh, but my favorite is the middle pair (3/4) - however, if you want an additional, slightly different frame to change things up, the Armanis are really nice, and have a slightly more delicate look to them with the thinner frames. I don't think you can go wrong here.

3-4 is super gorgeous! uplifts all your face and has a moderate edginess (thickness) so chic& still elegant. Forgot to say, you look like a young girl in some of the picties, have a good skin, wow!!!:-)

I prefer the specs you already have, but like the '90s nod of the Armani's. They fit beautifully. FUN. Go for it.
