I laughed so hard when reading this article. In fact, I then started reading some of her other posts and managed to waste about 45 minutes reading her posts!

I agree with you all that say it all depends on your body-type - not the brand of the jeans!

I must need more practice in training my eye, because on some of these I had real trouble distinguishing the difference, or rather, in seeing why one version was more flattering than the other. Happens to me a lot with fashion in general, though -- sometimes I just don't see how a given look is more or less flattering unless the difference is extreme!

You know what, now that I think of it us moms need to take back the term "mom jeans"! Around here, I rarely see moms wearing these so-called "mom jeans." Moms here wear skinnies, bootcuts, BF jeans. They wear CoH, True Religion, as well as GAP. Mom jeans are stylish jeans!

Aida, you look fabulous in your Gap jeans, proving her point that it all depends on your body type, I guess.

I do think that the blogger seems to be wearing all the Gap jeans a size too small in these photos. That said, I probably do not pay enough attention to the rear view, so that was helpful. The pockets on many of them do look very large. However, I would never wear jeans with the kind of pocket bling she favors, so those suggestions for brands/styles were not very helpful.

I'm new to this site and just checking out some of the older posts. So many great comments. Personally I like Gap jeans, but again, all about your body type. I just bought a pair of their new straight sexy jeans that are narrow enough to wear in boots, but also will look good this summer with sandals. On the other hand, the new Gap sexy girlfriend jean, which is supposed to be a trimmer version of the sexy boyfriend, looked terrible on me.
