KILLER to the Power of KILLER

And now you can enjoy the flowers

Lol thanks all and especially Angie, for calling this dress to my attention in the first place. Very glad I did not cull it.

I have now insta-dried an assortment of the flowers and must assemble them into something more permanent for our Hugo.

Who will soon be shooting a cover for New York Magazine, so there is always a flower-worthy milestone to be found, even if you messed up the last one...

Perfection! You look interesting, a little edgy and beautiful!

Doesn't get better than that, J! Thanks.

The support of this forum has helped me through almost 14 years now - amazing.

Love the dress, and it’s very clever to use a dress like that as a wrap/ long cardigan alternate. Very classy and chic. Handsome guy…your “son”, and the flowers are amazing. I would love to learn how to insta dry flowers because any flowers I dry fade and eventually turn brown.

Stunning! I love your hair too. Cool, edgy & pretty.

Cooler than an iceberg in winter !

You have done me proud in that frock

You look stunning and I am very envious of your gorgeous hair!

SF - if you dry flowers in a microwave, they retain their vibrant colors.

I'll post a photo of the ones I did yesterday. You have to smash them tightly between thick felt pads (to absorb their moisture) and I use a device specifically made for that, though you could make your own device as long as none of it's metal.

ETA ANOTHER PHOTO:

Here's what the flowers look like when you quick-dry them. The non-flowers are just other things I'm working on in my workshop.
