I could fling myself on the ground and cry at the thought. Bah.

It *is* nice to see a variety of silhouettes, though. Just don't make me wear them. I'll leave that to the rest of you fab ladies

Oh boy - I knew I saved those embroidered denim flares for something other than a Halloween costume :-).

I think I'll have to sit this one out...they aren't my best look, and I'm limited to chunky flats.

@Janet - I've always had a poison eye for flares. I don't mind wider straight-legs, or the gentler shape of boot cuts, but flares just look cartoonish and unnatural to me. But if you enjoy them, have at!

Ladies, bootcuts are flares. Anything that flares out from a straight leg is a flared style.

Janet, you wear flares.

Dana you love bootcuts, so you love flares.

Of course, Shannon. Add a heel and you are good.

Of course, Carter. Why can't you re-wear trends. Personally I love to do that.

That's what I thought, Angie! Thank you for the clarification.

I think they are getting their ideas from you Angie!

I agree that bootcuts gently flare, but when I think of "flares" I think of
70s bell bottoms, and no. Noooooooo thanks.

I have a pair of flares in my closet from about three years ago when they were a mini trend. I wore them exactly once. Time to dig them out again.
