cat2 - I am not sure I got your point. Out of curiosity, can you share your list?

I definitely understand. I have the luxury of always having been part-time with the 3 kids, and with hubby being part-time too and him doing a lot of the cooking for the days I do work a long day. And our stores are open both weekend days. Being 9 years ahead of you in age has made me slowly less busy in terms of care for my children in that DD1 left home 8 years ago (I was 51 then) then DD2 5 years ago, so only DS left who is now 24 and shares in the cooking and chores well. In fact sometimes I get bored! And spend too much time on the forum! For me shopping in stores is better but I understand that is a privilege in many ways. I love window shopping

Another thing that put me off of BM shopping are crazy crowds in shops on Saturdays here. Talking about pre COVID times. Long queues in front of dressing rooms and registers, even queues for escalators and toilets in malls, circling for parking space. I would feel stressed in less than an hour. I must admit I was shocked how spooky empty were shops in Seattle. Nothing like that here.
