I am a huge fan of their clothes, though I have the advantage that their SF "design lab" is a few blocks from me so I often get to try things on ahead of buying. I have a bit of trouble with sizing so I always buy things in both XS and S and return one, which is a pain with their non-free returns. I am a 2 in most brands, and my size there is 0 or 2, XS or S, so I'd say it's true to size and some items run large.
I like their clothing because it's simple, high-quality, often has a great minimalist sensibility. I was more in love with their collections 3-4 years ago, when it was a bit less trend-focused - I'm not a sporty / beachy girl so their summer collection isn't really doing it for me. But I still buy a lot of my clothes there. I have found just enough things with slightly avant garde vibe that it's become huge part of my look.
They've been criticized for not having larger sizes, which they definitely should listen to. On the other hand, I appreciate how they sometimes show a huge range of sizes modeling their pants (it's really interesting to see how the same size can look so different on a tall, slender model vs a shorter, curvier person like me).
