I think they all look good. I'm an outlier because I like the lilac capris. I have a couple pairs of blush pink pants and they have turned out to go with more of my wardrobe than I anticipated. Your pants aren't quite the same shade but I see them working the same way.

The other two pairs look great and your quads are fine. I don't actually see anything to comment on - your legs look totally normal to me.

I like the first 2 pairs. Just not loving the pockets on the lilac capris. I have a pair of joggers and have sew the pockets to keep them from wrinkling so much. I haven't worn them enough to say if the sewing is going to do the job. It's nice to have some new summer pants options. Great finds!

I LOVE #1 and #4, Janet. Those are amazing casual pant styles on you. #1 is hip and trendy, and #4 is chic, elegant and boho lite.

I like the last lilac pair too - good fit - but not quite as much as the first two pairs.

What have you decided about the HL dress?

Hi Janet. Is there a problem wearing athletic gear like yoga pants? Maybe in your city/town it's too unusual? I love the yoga pants look, as long as it's carried out well with the right footwear and top.

I love the joggers, like the flares. Maybe we should see the lilac pair styled.

If you decide not to keep the lilac pair, I found a pair of non-frumpy capris (i.e., not like the ones my mom wears) at Eddie Bauer recently. I like them because I'm not very curvy and these are relatively slim through the hips. That might mean they won't work for you, but perhaps Eddie Bauer has other cuts that would.

Smittie, I'm just not into yoga pants for casual wear, especially in summer. Too clingy and warm for me. I spend enough time in biking shorts that I don't want more spandex for my casual day wear.

FMW, anything cut slim through the hips is probably not going to work for me (that's the issue with the Wit & Wisdom gauchos), but I don't mind the vibe of those capris. I have to be careful of cargo pockets too.

Thanks for the additional suggestions! Keep 'em coming.

Angie, I'll update my original HL dress thread.

I think the masses have decided the olive joggers must stay

I'm an outlier on the others... I like the linen pants, but I don't love them. I would prefer them if they were looser though the thigh. While I get that these have a great 70's vibe, they don't look like something _I_ would want to wear in the heat.

And I like the lilac capris. I think the pocket stitching actually draws the eye inward, thereby visually slimming you in that area.

I'm with most--I like the olive and the wide-legged look on you. I have a strong negative reaction to the lilac pants. Maybe it is just me, but I don't like them on the model either. They seem too fussy for you. Maybe I should come back later and have a second look.
