I'm glad to hear you are all ok. My niece lives in Alaska and could feel the earthquake as well. She lives in Wasilla.

So glad you're ok! That was a big one.
I remember when I lived in CA during a big one. I woke up to my bed bouncing up and down on the floor. Then when I got out of bed it felt like the house was sliding back and forth on the foundation. Such a helpless, scary feeling.

Very scary. Glad you're all okay - which includes the zoo of pets. I'd also grab all of them with my warm clothes and comfy shoes.

Angie, the pets are a worry... It is remarkably hard to gather up panicking kittens - and I don't know what we could have done about the lizard. Kona and our older cat are veterans of the outdoors.

Although the kittens are happy to get into any free box or bag!
