I didn't wear this look the first time around in the 90s. But in mid-2000s, I had a green military-inspired dress (with big cargo pockets) that I absolutely adored! In fact, if I found a similar one today, I am sure I'd snatch and wear it in a heartbeat. Here is a picture on NYC streets in my beloved outfit, with silver gladiator sandals.
