Mona, I would also befriend a SA in the store so she can let you know when they have extra sales. Also you don't need to call Customer Service: if your size is not available in the store ask them and they will order it for you in the store. Sometimes you need to pay 10% deposit for orders but if you change your mind it is refundable - and sometimes they just waive it.

Thanks for all the suggestions and input ladies! I am definitely grabbing this one when it goes on sale. Sveta, the SA seemed super nice and friendly and I know she will get to see me a lot more often now.

They are pretty friendly in that store....especially considering I had already taken up their entire afternoon without buying anything the previous day. But I think they can tell we will be buying stuff eventually!

So glad you're still thinking about it, Mona. I definitely think you need at least one of those jackets.
